Grayling fun in Slovenia
Slovenia is an alpine and Mediterranean country. The southern part is known for numerious interesting chalk streams, full of brown trout and grayling. Summer time is great for a very productive grayling fishing, no matter what type of a fly is used – dry or nymph.
One of the chalk stream pearls is Ljubljanica, a river of seven names. It sinks into the ground six times and finally appears near Vrhnika as Ljubljanica. At first, it is a vibrant river which hides many large graylings. Come and see for yourself!
